Leaders are called to serve
The leadership team is currently made up of 63 men and women. The faithfulness and diligence of these mostly voluntary workers enable King’s Church to fulfil the God-given vision to be a house of prayer for all nations, and to make disciples for our Lord Jesus Christ. Our annual goals and tactics, agreed during our annual strategy day, ensure that we are not complacent about fulfilling our vision.
Strategy Day
This is usually a Saturday early in May. All leaders participate.
Objectives:

To review our performance on the SMART goals and tactics for the previous cycle that ends in April.

To agree on the SMART goals and tactics that would enable us to diligently and faithfully obey our God-given vision – to be a house of prayer and to make disciples for our Lord Jesus.
The agreed goals and tactics are shared with the whole Church, giving everyone the opportunity to sign up to play their part in various teams.
